Jove, what a happy day this is for me, and aren't you glad that I am in a jovial frame of mind? 

Quite a number of years have passed since you came to the vicinity of the Rocky Mountain Retreat in your physical garments! When you were here as a Group in the year of 1954, you felt and received into your beings a magnificent impulse or release of the Flame of Precipitation and Reverence for Life! Well, today is one of Cosmic Import, for in your previous journey here you were budding aspirants on the Spiritual Path, so far as your outer consciousness is concerned today you are accepted and co-operative chelas serving the Light! You have learned a certain amount of reverence for life which permits the Brotherhood at the Rocky Mountain Retreat to give you an expanded and accelerated release of the Flame of Precipitation! 

Before I proceed any further, I would like to thank the Beloved Confucius and Beloved Lanto for giving me the honor of welcoming you to this Focus! Yes, the Brotherhood here are so very gracious and the Beloved Lanto and Confucius asked me if I would like to give the Address of Welcome! I just wonder, oh a tiny bit, if they read my aura and saw the intense desire which was pulsating therein to do just that? 

You know THE BRIDGE TO FREEDOM was born from my Heart and after counseling with Beloved Holy Æolus, who was the Maha Chohan at that time, with Beloved Saint Germain and the Karmic Board, I was allowed to take my heart desire to the mighty Vesta for her sanction. I trust that you do not mind if I indulge in a little reverie, and you can further see that I am in a gentle mood today. 

Let us go back a few years while I tell you a little of the pertinent facts regarding THE BRIDGE TO FREEDOM, and I am sure that those of you who have been with The Bridge since its inception will not mind a bit of reminiscing from one who is so filled with Love and Gratitude as I am this day! 

My Beloved Divine Complement, who is now the Ascended Lady Miriam, was then in a physical garment. She had been a chela of the Spiritual Hierarchy for centuries, and in this embodiment, for several years before The Bridge to Freedom came into being, she had been under the personal tutelage of the Beloved Maha Chohan, who was in communication with her, instructing and preparing her for the tremendous service which she rendered to the Planet and to many chelas who knew her personally, and others who are now the recipients of the Wisdom which came through her illumined consciousness - the heritage which she left for the peoples of this Earth is rich indeed! 

One lovely sunny day while in the garden of her home on Long Island, which was dedicated to the Spiritual Hierarchy, while she was in contemplation and preparation, having been apprised that a Being of Light would speak to her, the glorious and mighty Vesta came and placed the Investiture for our Project in her heart - the knowledge of the forthcoming Bridge to Freedom; and at that time gave her letters of appointment to certain chelas who knew of her direct communication with the Spiritual Hierarchy. Later, many chelas who had knowledge of the Spiritual Hierarchy through the Theosophical Society and the "I AM" Activity were apprised of our new and expanded outlet for the Instruction of the Spiritual Brotherhood; not to supplant either of those worthy and magnificent activities of Light, but to expand the knowledge and activities of the Hierarchy! 

Later, I had the privilege of instructing her to hold a Conference at the Tetons, and again I had the honor of inviting you to come to this Focus. 

My Beloved Lady Miriam is standing by my side today and is grateful that you have again made this Pilgrimage. There is no happenstance that you are here - all Plans of the Spiritual Hierarchy have a definite rhythm or timing, and now is the Cosmic Moment for the return of The Bridge chelas to this glorious Focus! At this point, I wish to tell you that the Radiation of the Rocky mountain Retreat is not a mere twenty-five miles or so in circumference; its periphery extends for over one hundred miles, so let no one think that because you are not right at the foot of the Grand Tetons that you are not in its embrace! 

Every elemental, every nature spirit, all life in fact, particularly associated with this Focus is pulsating with happiness and under the direction of their Superiors they are going to fill the atmosphere and your very beings with the feeling of reverence for life, which is one of great happiness and love in serving the all-pervading Spirit of the Almighty! 

As you know, all the Members of the Great Karmic Board are enthroned at the Rocky Mountain Retreat and will hold Cosmic Councils this week to consider and set into motion Plans for the ensuing six-month period, when they will again be in session here. Naturally they have magnificent quarters within this Retreat but as a symbol of their Governing Power when special sessions are in progress, they proceed to the thrones prepared for them. At that time the apex of the physical mountain draws back its substance and in deep humility merges with the side of the mountain and all of the Focus is under the glorious vaulted Dome of Heaven; its skies azure blue by day and twinkling with the Stars in its firmament by night; each Star being the pulsating Light of some Cosmic Being! 

In this glorious throne area, the Builders of Form have fashioned the most exquisite chairs for the Members of the Karmic Board. They are of handsome ivory encrusted with precious Jade, and the upholstery is of a magnificent shade of golden substance which resembles the texture which you know in the physical appearance world as brocade. The dais upon which these chairs are placed is beautifully decorated with flaming open-petal Lotus blossoms, which has such a spiritual significance. 

Now that I have entertained you - I hope - how about a little transfusion of the dynamic fire of the Will of God? You see, the Will of God is a Power which cannot be denied! So now that your beings have been anointed with the soothing, gentle essence which I have been privileged to release to you through the presence of Divine Love within my Being, I could not rightly be given this opportunity of speaking to you without some of the Fire of my Being! This Man of Action is One of the Sponsors for the year, as you well know, and in that capacity I am required to infiltrate your consciousness with the necessity for the expansion of the Will of God on this Planet and through all of her evolutions. 

I do not need to tell you that the Governments of all the Nations are in dire need of an infusion of the Will of God! Since accepting my responsibility as one of the Sponsors of the Year, I believe the chelas who know a little of my nature have felt the drive with which I have been prodding them, and in the majority of instances you have lovingly accepted this release for you know the requirement of the hour for Peace all over this Earth - not only in the Governments but in the hearts of mankind! 

I shall briefly mention the activities which are taking Place. Dear God, it is a mercy that you cannot see what is transpiring in the atmosphere over those places where racial and other demonstrations and actual warfare are taking place. It has been necessary to send some of my Emissaries to stand guard and protect the constructive lifestreams who are the targets of this forceful rebellion and to all those blessed lifestreams who wish to serve God and Country in a constructive manner. The Planet, regrettably, is like a powder keg with multiple fuses which could set off a conflagration on a moment's notice! 

Now, take your mind off that and know that at specific points all over this Earth are Emissaries of the Will of God who shall save this Planet through the pulsating Power of God's Will and this is a point I wish you to deeply and indelibly impress upon your consciousness; while we have these unseen Emissaries, We are counting upon, yes depending upon the chelas who are our representatives on Earth to release their energies in calls toward the peaceful solution of all manifesting problems! 

Please understand these negative expressions are transitory, but in the interim while they are acknowledged and accepted by the mass consciousness of mankind, they are fed and kept alive by that attention. So I say to you today, with all the Powers of my being it is imperative that you hold the Harmony in your beings so that we can effectively use that harmonious radiation to change the quality of energy in the imperfect manifestations! I am not simply making a statement of fact - I am dynamically telling you that we must have Foci, and I refer to the individual chela and chelas all over the world, through whom we can send forth the pulsating Light of God's Holy Will! Can you who have received so much instruction from the Spiritual Hierarchy permit your consciousness to be at odds with any other part of life! Knowing me, you should realize that I do not sanction any Pollyanna Activity, but when differences of opinion arise, for God's sake I implore you to handle the situation through peaceful discussion and thus bring forth an amicable solution! Do I make myself clear? 

You shall remember my words in the coming days and I pray the Father-Mother God that you shall heed my counsel.

Ah, dear friends of my Heart, so much has transpired since we were at this Holy Focus a few years ago; at that time in loving anticipation of that Assembly, and today the Spiritual Hierarchy gratefully anticipate what you shall continue to do to serve the Light which has amplified a thousand-fold as I view your auras from the Ascended Master Consciousness! You have stood with my beloved El Morya and my humble self through the years and the bond created at the beginning has indeed strengthened and I know that we can depend upon you through the remainder of your Earth life! 

A further personal note, if I may indulge myself in this manner, I have the great privilege of telling you that all those chelas who have made the Transition since we earlier convened here, whether now in their Full Freedom or yet in the further preparatory state, are here today with me and are enfolding you in their deep love, and, in the release of their feeling of Pure Divine Love for the Father-Mother God, are saying "hold firm to the Teachings of the Spiritual Hierarchy; keep your feet firmly upon the Path - the reward is worth the so-called effort, for the Beauty of the Inner Realms far surpasses what your consciousness now entertains as Heaven." 

So, to all our faithful friends, I say we love you and are so grateful for your dedication to and service to the Light and we anticipate a wonderful week during which time your Light shall greatly expand and all life will be enriched thereby!

Before we conclude this Release and you enjoy the repast which has indeed been blessed by all the Spiritual Hierarchy, I should like to apprise you of the Thought Form for this Class. Think upon it deeply and reverently, for you shall learn more about it in tomorrow's release. 

It is a magnificent Golden Sun of Blazing Light with an aura of all the colors of the Seven Rays -- and as they used to say in the Radio Serials…
