The Devic Kingdom and Planetary System created from the Heart of God is held within the aura of the Solar Lords who represent the God-head of that particular universe. The aura of the Solar Lord is made up of countless electronic particles flowing from the heart to the periphery of his particular universe and then back again to their source. 

On the inbreath and outbreath, the Solar Lord fills the universe with the Essence of his Being. This will enable you to understand the statement - "the Presence of God fills every nook and corner of the universe." 

This Life Essence flows through all that lives - recognized or unrecognized, active or inactive, according to the individual consciousness, and these electronic Light particles are the seed of the Universal Light Substance - containing intelligence within themselves, which will one day become self-conscious life. 

Man is a self-conscious Flame, with creative ability, projected from God's Heart into this sea of Light Substance, and through free will has been endowed with the power to mold the Essence from the Presence of God into forms of his own making. 

The Angelic and Devic Kingdoms are also Builders of Form, but on an entirely different scale than mankind. The farther the Light goes from the Center of Creation, the more encased it becomes in matter and the less radiation is forthcoming. This in no way refers to distance as accepted in the human consciousness but to the state of consciousness as apart from the Divine. 

The Angelic and Devic Forces are a constant outpouring of the Gifts of the Godhead and serve to give hope and confidence to mankind to assist them in their evolution. 

Through conscious invitation and awareness of these Celestial Envoys, great numbers of them can be drawn into a particular locality and thus a whole community may be spiritualized, or raised to a point where many thousands can become illumined in an accelerated manner. 

When chelas join together in drawing God's Energy and sending it forth in a manner similar to the Angelic Kingdom, they are immediately joined by countless numbers of these Celestial Beings and this can then become a Radiating Center for the release of Gifts of the Godhead in such a tremendous scope that the present consciousness cannot comprehend. 

When a Temple is even visualized in the mind, great Devas begin to crystallize the forces in the atmosphere similar to the picturization in the consciousness of the chelas, and according to the tenacity of vision do they become physical realities. 

The Devic and Angelic Builders are Friends to be welcomed, and I would suggest that you give conscious recognition to the service which they render as mighty Builders of Form.
