My beloved Brothers and Sisters on the Earth plane - you whom I have come to know so well - my sincere Love and Gratitude flows to you for the service which you are now rendering to the evolutions of this Planet toward Its ultimate fulfillment of the Divine Plan. 

Many centuries have passed since I left Venus, my home Star, and came to the Earth to give whatever assistance I could in expanding the Light in the hearts of mankind. During this sojourn, it has been my great privilege to serve as a Channel through which the Light from Venus could flow at all times to bless the evolutions of Earth with the Flame of Pure Divine Love. You see, the farther one advances upon the Path, the more he realizes the Oneness of Life and that one Planet cannot be separated cosmically from another because all life is made up of the energy of the One Supreme Source of All! 

One does not feel that it is an obligation when he or she comes from another Planet to give assistance; rather is the desire to give such service motivated by the Flaming Presence of God, the true Spirit of Divine Love! 

"I AM" greatly honored in that the Lord of the World, the Beloved Gautama, in his great Illumination and Wisdom, felt that I might serve as One of the Sponsors for this year of 1969. This provides me with an opportunity to not only expand my Light, for truly is the Cup of my Consciousness filled to the brim with happiness, but from that Chalice, the evolutions of the Earth can quaff the Elixir of Divinity which the Father-Mother God, in Love, releases to me for dispensing to others. 

As it is the responsibility of the Sponsors of the Year to release a certain Gift or Gifts with the attendant radiation, we are given the glorious opportunity of drinking more deeply from the Chalice of Life which represents the Supreme Source of All Life! In great humility, I bow to the Light of the Cosmos, and the Flame of Gratitude flows from me constantly for the opportunity of further energizing the Flame of Healing which is my chosen Vocation! 

Would that I could convey to you in its fullness the honor which I feel for the privilege of serving with our Beloved El Morya, that dedicated Expression of the Will of God, and to bathe in his momentum of intense Divine Love for the First Cause; and to become more closely associated with the mighty Kamakura who has offered his all on the Altar of Love in his Service, and that of the Brotherhood at Fujiyama, to the Activity of the Seventh Ray of Transmutation! my Being is further expanded in Pure Love for having the privilege of added Service with Celeste Maria - Holy Mother Mary - the Beloved Spirit of this Year! 

Lady Mary and I have served through the centuries on the Fifth Ray using the Cosmic Flame of Healing, and in the Service to the children who are prepared for embodiment each year in the Sacred Heart Temples! I might add that there are many of your own Earth families who have departed from the Earth who have asked for the privilege of serving in this so important activity of preparation. On this side of the veil, they are cognizant of the importance of sending forth lifestreams into embodiment with the best possible vehicles in order that they may more quickly express the Divine Plan and justify their appearance on the physical plane. 

Beloved Mother Mary, whom one might refer to as the High Priestess of the Sacred Heart Temples for she is the Mother of this Activity, is a glorious exponent of the Motherhood of Creation! 

You will notice that I have used the plural-Sacred Heart Temples - for as you will realize, the outgoing children are in various stages of Spiritual Development, and Temples of Instruction and Preparation must be provided in varying degrees. However, I wish it understood that the lifestreams which the Karmic Board has given the privilege of embodiment at this crucial hour in the Earth's evolution are all highly developed lifestreams. 

Oh, beloved of the Father-Mother God, it is my loving privilege to tell you there will be one thousand Seventh Root Race Children who are to come to the Earth this year. They must come through parents whose Light has shown that they have absorbed much of the instruction which they have received at Inner Levels to prepare them for this Holy Assignment! 

Beloved Kamakura has volunteered to assign one of the Ladies from his Retreat to the aura of every mother who will cradle the Spirit of one of these children within the flesh garment being nurtured in the mother's womb. In the outer world, it has often been stated that the mother of an incoming child receives great purification of her physical vehicles in the process of birth. The Ladies of Kamakura's Court will take under their personal supervision each mother who is to bring in one of the Seventh Root Race children, and they will instruct the mother in the purification of her own lower vehicles at Inner Levels so that fewer of the human tendencies will be manifest in the mother as she guards and guides the child to the Age of Awareness. Oh, the paternal side has not been neglected, for the fathers will receive special assistance from the Brothers of the Fujiyama Retreat. 

You are all acquainted with the dignity which has expressed in the home of the true Oriental, for they realize the importance of rearing children to have respect for their elders, and many of the parents in the West today have formerly lived in the Orient and know the cohesive power of Family Life. This is now being energized in ALL parents of infants and young children through the pressure of the Instruction which the Brothers and Sisters of the Retreat at Fujiyama are releasing at the present time. Please understand clearly that this is not the feeling of dominant paternal or maternal will, but the gradual blending of the Spirit and the vehicles which are intended to be Cups into which the Presence of God - "I AM" can release the Virtues and Gifts of the Almighty for the expansion of the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth. This family life was the way of living all over the Globe, but I refer to the East because of the special activity of Transmutation from Beloved Kamakura's Focus! 

Our magnificent Lady of Mercy, Kwan Yin, is also taking a prominent part, along with the Beloved Mother Mary, to instill this holy feeling in all parents, for it is the building of the individual family unit on a Spiritual Premise, and not just a designated place where, the offspring live as a result of marital relations, that must be accomplished. The true dignity of family life is being felt by many parents of young children in the Western Hemisphere, but since their activities do not come under the category of the sensational, they go unnoticed in the majority of instances. Mark my words when I tell you that the trend to true home life will soon become very evident: 

The parents who, it is expected, will respect the Life beating the hearts of their children will, in so doing, avail themselves of the Wisdom and Divine Illumination which the Seventh Root Race Children and other Illumined Ones will bring with them. 

This particular group will form the Spiritual Nucleus of True Family Life for the children of the Seventh Root Race, and all those families who have previously been privileged to have a Seventh Root Race child in their midst will receive added assistance from the Brothers and Sisters of Beloved Kamakura's Retreat. 

I wish that it were possible to gloss over the activities of cruelty to children which have recently been brought to the attention of the public. However, since the chelas must be informed of the disgraceful practice of parents venting their hatred upon their children through physical acts which result in the mutilation of the children's bodies, I plead with you to make calls for the protection of the newly-born infants so that this horrifying abuse may not be inflicted upon their physical garments often resulting in emotional disturbances at a later date. Much of this is caused by the use of dope and alcohol by the parents through the animal-like tendencies which are aroused as a result thereof. 

Recently this has been brought to the fore in one of the great Cities of the United States, but there are many other places in this Country and throughout the Globe where like practices are manifesting, although they have not been brought to the attention of the general public. 

It is the Heartfelt Prayer of the Spiritual Hierarchy that, through the expanded purifying process which is being accelerated due to the assistance of the chelas, that the admonition of Beloved Jesus who said "suffer little children to come unto me" will express in family life, for he did not refer to his own individualization as Jesus, but to the Christ which is beating the hearts of all parents and guardians. 

As the month of May signals the time when the children are being prepared in the Sacred Heart Temples to go forth into embodiment, all the Hierarchy would appreciate your making calls for the Protection of these Seventh Root Race children and for all others who will take embodiment during the ensuing year! 

The activities of the Sacred Heart Temples are Projects very dear to the Hearts of Holy Mary, Beloved Kwan Yin, myself and many other dedicated Ladies of Heaven. We see these beautiful and earnest Spirits going forth to play a definite part in the Cosmic Plan of Creation on a planet which is presently spewing forth all manner of effluvia! However, with your dedicated assistance, we are confident that the "New Arrivals" on the Earth plane will not be buffeted and battered by the destructive radiation of man's free will use of God's Holy Energy. 

One might say, “why send them forth, to a Planet that is in such a chaotic condition?" I humbly draw your attention to the fact that all moves in rhythmic pulsation. It is decreed that these beloved ones come forth now so that they will have sufficient maturity to be the Illumined Teachers in the New Age which shall find expression in this, the Seventh Ray Dispensation, in the not too distant future! 

Friends of my Heart, I have spoken to you in this very homey way, for it is my desire to impress upon your consciousness that "I AM" a very real living Being, and just one of your Sisters of Light privileged to serve in God's Kingdom. In the capacity of an Elder Sister, I hope that I have conveyed to you that there can be much happiness in serving to bring forth the Will of God for all life - and quickly! 

Remember, too, that the Beings who serve with me in the Healing Activity at Crete direct the Rays of Healing to you at all times, and to any portion of life which you so identify, but for an expansion of the Activity, it is required by Cosmic Law that you invoke that assistance. The Service of Healing the ills of mind, body and soul await your acceptance, BUT you must stretch forth your hands through the desire within your being for that assistance, and it shall be yours!
