Summer Conference

Beloved Elohim Vista

"I AM" Vista, representing the All-Seeing Eye of God, sometimes called Cyclopea, referred to in Greek Mythology as Cyclops, the one-eyed giant. There is a mighty Truth contained in the expression .of the One-Eye, for in that understanding is the Vision of the Almighty, which is one-pointed - that of Perfection alone. 

I come to you, beloved chelas, to not only reiterate that Truth, but to tell you that it is of the utmost importance that you each now use the activity of the All-Seeing Eye of God which has been presented to you in various terms, one of which is the Immaculate Concept! 

Do you not realize after the years of training which you have been given by the Cosmic and Ascended Beings that it is about time you were able to hold the Divine Concept for yourself and for those with whom you are associated; and for all mankind? I pray that you will set aside all the petty and disintegrating ideas of the human - your own and that of others, and permit, yes I say permit, the Christ within you to be the only Acting Presence! 

How many times have we brought this fact to your attention! It would take a considerable amount of research and use of God's Holy Energy if I were to ask you individually to check this, but I assume that you will take my word for the fact that the necessity of holding the Immaculate Concept has been brought to you time and time again for the definite purpose that you shall become that Expression of the Almighty! 

Now, you have reached the point on the Path where there should not be any condition which would prove a stalemate to impede your progress. Those stalwart sons and daughters of Spiritual Freedom are required, if they wish to be true Representatives of the Spiritual Hierarchy, to outpicture the Indwelling Christ! 

I have not come today just to entertain you or to make statements of the Spiritual Law! "I AM" here to make the urgent plea on behalf of the Cosmic Law that you set aside, once and for all time, the imperfection which you have been entertaining and nourishing in your consciousness - the imperfection which is expressing in your own worlds and in that of others. STOP THIS NONSENSE - in the Name of God Almighty! 

Think you that "I AM" dynamic and ruthless? Well let me tell you that we, the Karmic Board, recognize the absolute necessity for more assistance from the Shepherds of the Race now embodied on Earth to help those less fortunate who have not been verbally informed of the activities of the Spiritual Law! Why think you that the entire Governing Body known as the Karmic Board comes at this hour to the children of Earth? As our Beloved Kwan Yin so kindly and lovingly told you, Judgment Day is at hand!

Do you not realize that it is the Mercy of God which brings us to the chelas first? We know attestation can be made that you are sincere in giving service to others and you have rendered admirable service through your calls for purification through the use of the Sacred Fire! You have assisted tremendously with your Calls for Peace and you have gained a generous momentum along that line. However, you are our Representatives on Earth - the Shepherds of the Race - and you must gather in the flock made up of those lifestreams who belong to the Planet Earth! 

The time is not far off when the glorious Cosmic Shepherd will appear, visibly and tangibly, to the peoples of the Earth. At that time will you be able to stand, in your own Light, and know that you have fulfilled the purpose for which you came to help this Sweet Earth? If you truly love the Supreme Source of all Life and his God-free Messengers, you will now intensively set about transmuting the momentums in your etheric, mental and emotional consciousness which hinder your full service to the Omnipresent, Omnipotent mighty First Cause! 

The Feminine Ray is coming into prominence on the Earth and the emotional vehicles of mankind, particularly the chelas, are being accelerated. I would not care to emphasize what we, using the All-Seeing Eye of God, gaze upon when the chelas' emotional vehicles go into whirling, churning action when it is uncomfortable according to human standards - that state of being disturbed! 

Oh, dear Creator of us all, forgive the chelas who even occasionally set about to disturb the emotional vehicle of another! Forgive, too, he or she who accepts the impact rather than using the Violet Fire and holding the Immaculate Concept for himself and for the intruder. All of you use preventative or safety measures to protect your personal belongings and holdings, yet you forget, at times, the greatest of all safety measures - that which you carry with you at all times, in all places- the Sacred Fire of Purification and Transmutation. 

I assure you that if you would hold that Immaculate Concept, using the Activity of the All-Seeing Eye of God, for a period of just two weeks, you would have developed sufficient protection from the human self to enable you to hold the Divine Concept for yourself and for all life. I would apprise you that should you desire to set this activity into motion, the tests may be numerous and subtle, for dwelling within the consciousness of unascended beings there are many causes and cores which have not yet been transmuted by the Sacred Fire. You will be required to engage in this activity at some time in your Spiritual Unfoldment. Wise is the chela who recognizes that the time is now! 

You can, with absolute certainty, become the All-Seeing Eye of God in action if you choose to raise yourself out of the human consciousness still dwelling within the confines of your lower vehicles. You should not require any further incentive to attain this Divine Consciousness - for it is God's Will for you to so express! 

Perhaps I have been rather forceful in my appeal to you, but please know that I have come in great Love, in obedience to the Supreme Source of All Life, and Love for the Individualized Flaming Presence of Divinity within your hearts. Remember always that our Beloved Serapis Bey serves ceaselessly with the Holy Christ Selves of all mankind and when you send your heart call to him, and he feels the sincerity of your efforts, he will give you every assistance, as will the Beloved Lady Astraea and Archangel Gabriel, to hold the Divine Concept. Won't you let us all help you to attain that State of Perfection? 

I have another matter which I wish to bring to your attention, and that is the designation which has been used in regard to the Spiritual Hierarchy - that of the Great White Brotherhood. 

We have previously explained that 'white' does not refer to the color of the pigment of anyone's skin, but means the highest state of purity dwelling within the Consciousness of the Father-Mother God! The heart center of every Ray in the spectrum is white. All colors emanate from the pure white heart center and are qualified with the color of the activity which is taking place, or is pulsating at a given time, for a specific purpose. 

Please understand, once and for all, that the race into which any lifestream has incarnated in no way affects the purity of his or her being. It is the Divine God Presence, the Christ dwelling within, that those of us who have risen above the human consciousness recognize as Real and not the outer manifestation of a physical race characteristic. 

If each and every race would consider themselves on the very same level - not one above the other in the slightest sense, then would mankind begin to recognize that it is not the color, but the Flaming Presence of Divinity which is the only real and important consideration in their forward progress into Perfection. Do you not see why we continually stress the importance of holding the Immaculate Concept for all life? 

Understand once and for all time, that the Father-Mother God never shows favoritism of any kind, and each pulsating Flame of Divinity is as dear and loved as the other, regardless of the outer of any person of any race! 

I now send a direct Ray from my Being into the consciousness of each of you, and flowing along this Light is my Feeling of the Oneness of all Life! I entreat the Supreme Source of all Creation to charge this feeling so forcibly into your beings that you will henceforth strive to be the All-Seeing Eye of God in action here on Earth, knowing only and always that the Life which beats the hearts of the children of Earth is the same which animates and sustains ALL LIFE - everywhere!
