Ah, my dear chelas, what a glorious experience it is for me to come into your auras today, on this mighty Feast of Pentecost. This is the first time I have had the opportunity of addressing you on this day since my privileged elevation to the Office of Maha Chohan for this Planet Earth. 

"I AM" beginning to understand that great all-encompassing Divine Love which my Predecessor, Holy Æolus, showered upon us, the Directors of the Seven Rays, and that great strength and softness which came into his glorious eyes when we of the Spiritual Hierarchy celebrated the Feast of Pentecost, or Whitsuntide. How wonderful is the graciousness of the Father-Mother God in the process which is known as evolution, in which there is no limit to the unfolding Beauty of Perfection as each of us, you and I, and all life become more illumined and grateful for the privilege of expanding the Borders of the Kingdom of Heaven. 

Dear ones, there has been a tendency in the minds of the greater number of evolving Spirits that the reference to or mention of the word 'illumined' refers to something of a mental nature, and this has given way to a desire for more and more of Spiritual Truth, causing an imbalance of the various vehicles, in this instance, an over-burdened and bulbous mental condition which expresses through the arrogance of the human, when the Truth received has not been understood and applied. Ah, how far from the Truth Yes, one must become acquainted with and receive Spiritual knowledge on this forward path of Light, but the constant mental desire for more and more is not the way. 

When the sincere chela, or any man for that fact, imbibes the Sacred Elixir of God Truth and permits that Essence to flow rhythmically through all his vehicles, preparing and purifying them so that the Christ Presence within can more freely express through his lifestream, then that one is more blessed through the action of Truth flowing through him to enrich all life, than the individual who is so busy asking for more information all the time, but missing the important point in all instruction, that of the understanding and application thereof. 

There is a two-fold Activity today... You all know that the Radiation of the Holy Spirit is specifically aligned to the Feminine Aspect of Divinity, and it is auspicious on this day, which this year is also dedicated to honoring the mothers of the Race, that we call forth a Blessing upon them. The mothers have such an important part in the molding of the characters of their children in the tender years, and when they have reached the age of maturity, and what appears an avalanche of tendencies seems to descend upon their lifestreams, they are more able to meet the returning karma when the loving care and direction which the mothers have given them has been woven into their beings. 

Holy Mother Mary has come here today to add her Radiation and momentum of holding the Divine Concept and she will render every assistance possible to the mothers of the very young, calling for their God Illumination so that they too, will be awakened to God Truth and impart this to their children.

If you will kindly stand and sing to Mother Mary, during that time her Angels will gather the energy so released and expand it, and dispense it to the lifestreams upon this Earth who are now mothers of young children, to further contribute to the process of their God Illumination. Of course, every incarnate mother will receive a Blessing, but it is of the greatest import at this specific time that the mothers of the very young, and those yet cradling an incoming child in their beings, receive greater illumination on the rearing of their children along the God Way of Life.

Thank you, beloved ones, kindly be seated. As the beautiful Angels, all attired in white, stood within the Aura of Mother Mary they took streamers of Light from her Heart and from yours as the energy was released in song, and they are now performing the Service, in joyous Love. God bless you, again, for active participation in Cosmic Service. 

The magnificent Feast of Whitsuntide is celebrated this year with more expanded activity for we now have the conscious energies of our dedicated chelas woven into the Release which the peoples of this Planet are receiving on this Holy Day, which will become a lever in their Spiritual awakening. Consider what a privilege is yours to serve consciously with the Spiritual Hierarchy and to know that you have contributed to the Blessing of the Earth and her evolutions, through application of the Cosmic Law. 

As the Heavenly Choirs are ever sending forth harmonious tones for the enrichment of the universe, and their Blessing is expanded on Feast Days when there is an accelerated outpouring of the Music of the Spheres, so is it with you on this Sacred Day... you are conscious participants in the showering of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit to the evolutions of this Earth. You see, the Gifts of the Holy Spirit are not dispensed through any One Individualized God Flame who is or has been privileged to hold the Sacred Office of Maha Chohan, but through all who have been endowed with the honor of holding this Office and expanding the Flame of the Holy Spirit which was drawn from the Heart of the Sun into the Retreat at Ceylon. 

Today, May 14th, in the Year of Nineteen Hundred Sixty-seven, we are honored at our Retreat at Ceylon with the Presence of all who have so served. Last evening they assembled here, with their Divine Complements, and each of you was drawn in your etheric vehicle and accompanied by your Seraphim, to participate in the preparation for Pentecost. The Spiritual Hierarchy, as well as the chelas, were all attired in pure white garments for the ceremonies. 

At the direction of my humble self, each of us poured our energy into the Actual Flame of concentrated Essence of the Holy Spirit, and this acceleration caused the Flame to rise high into the atmosphere, through the substance of the Focus itself, where it has been pulsating for the intensified activity of this hour. Each minute particle of this Flame has taken the form of a tiny Dove, in deference to the Third Person of the Holy Trinity, carrying the Peace and Comfort of the Holy Spirit into the garments of all mankind inhabiting this Planet Earth. Beloved Holy Æolus in his great tolerant Love requested that the Flame also be directed to the dis-embodied to further assist them in their evolution and to enable them to get more of the feeling of the Holy Spirit. 

Has there ever been an experience in your present embodiment where you were invited to the Retreat at Ceylon to stand in the august Presence of the Spiritual Elect and be permitted to dispense the Essence of the Holy Spirit, at Pentecost, to the evolving life upon the Earth? No, children, you are taking part in a Ceremony which has never been permitted the unascended before. Think what this is doing and will further continue to do in the permanent upliftment of your vehicles. I do not lightly use the word 'permanent' for such an outpouring as took place last evening and is continuing through the twenty-four hours, until midnight of this day, is of tremendous significance in your evolution. I pray the Supreme Source of all Life that more than a fragment will be a sustained part of your vehicles and from this day henceforth that your Radiation will ever be a Benediction to all life evolving upon this Planet, adding to the great Reservoir of Peace and Comfort which is always active at our Retreat. 

At the close of this Address, I request that a recorded rendition of "At Dawning" be played, when in sacred silence and adoration to the Father-Mother God you will kneel within your hearts when the Tongues of Flame will descend into your beings as the Anointing from Above. 

And now, for the High Point of the Service, I bow in humble obeisance to the Light of Holy Æolus who will honor you with his Words and Blessing: 

Beloved Æolus speaks: 

Sweet and so loved chelas of Light, how grateful "I AM" to speak to you from the Retreat at Ceylon, where there is a glorious Assembly of Cosmic and Ascended Beings. How I love you - that glorious ecstatic feeling which flows through One's Being when he or she has finally learned to be obedient to the Law of Life! Oh, come into my embrace as I bathe you, each one, in the Radiation of the Holy Spirit and give you the Blessing which is mine to release. 

You in the Western Hemisphere are witnessing the unfolding of the Nature Kingdom, and the intensified melody of the Song of the Bird, both contributing to the edification and beauty of your surroundings. You, too, are all learning the Law of Obedience, and I see you as Flowers in God's Kingdom where you shall be enfolded in the gift of imperishability on this Holy Occasion, to bloom forever in the Kingdom of Immortality as my Representatives on Earth, and later discarding the outer garments, to be clothed in the Pure White Robes of Spiritual Identity, joining with us in happy unison to the Glory and Expansion of the Gifts of our Creator! 

Precious ones, you all know the story of the Descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles at Pentecost, bringing them nourishment and illumination so they could carry on the Mission begun by Beloved Jesus. You, dear ones, can have an even greater Blessing for you have been under my personal guidance for many years and have become very closely attuned to my being through conscious communication, and devoted love on your part. 

I wish you all to receive the Anointing which I have come to give, and so it can be, but for it to endure you cannot just listen to our Release in the Holy Radiation of this Class, but you must contemplate what has taken place and nourish it within the Sacred Place of the Most High, your God Identity. On several occasions you have been designated Representatives of the Spiritual Hierarchy, and now as outer members of the Hierarchy in the world of form, we anticipate the further expansion of your activities on the Earth. 

All of us of the mighty Assembly at Ceylon have happily directed our attention into this Sanctuary and everywhere upon the Planet where there are chelas who are, in dedicated love, turning their attention to the Feast of Pentecost. 

At the close of this Address, I request that you remain seated while an appropriate recording is played, and we at Ceylon will join our energies with the Beloved Maha Chohan my son Paul, who is in your immediate midst as we proceed with the Activity of this Day. 

Glorious and Supreme Source of All Life, I, Æolus, one expression of thy magnificent Being, privileged with the investment of the Office of Cosmic Holy Spirit, do invoke the most intense release of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit which my chelas on Earth can receive and sustain, for one purpose only, to further expand the Borders of God Perfection on the Planet Earth, unto thy Glory and Honor at all times. 

Oh Father-Mother God, in all the gratitude and holiness of my Being, do thou now release through me from the Everlasting Fount of Perfection, the Gifts and Blessings of the Third Person of the Holy Trinity. 

In humility, I accept this Cosmic Release, to be a sustained part of the chelas of my Heart. SO BE IT, on this the Feast of Pentecost in the year of Nineteen Hundred Sixty-seven!
