Hail, thou Children of Light Eternal, I come today from the Heart of the Sun, where I have bathed my Being in the effulgent Light of the mighty Helios and Vesta, Sun Gods of this System. Think of the privilege which is mine to have our Retreat at Yucatan as their specific Focus of God Illumination on this Earth Planet! 

The Sun of our System represents the Heart of our particular Universe through those great Universal God Beings, Helios and Vesta, who serves as one in this capacity, and radiates the Light, Love, Warmth and Creative Force by which life is sustained on the Earth and her sister Planets, and the Power which holds them in their orbits. It is also the Center through which the God Power and Intelligence pours its Spiritual Gifts and Stimulus into the beings of evolving humanity. 

As you know, the rotation of the Earth around the Sun provides the seasonal radiation by which the Nature Kingdom develops its produce that maintains the life in the inhabitants of this Planet. So exact is the particular Radiation of the Sun in the twelve monthly cycles of the Earth's revolution that man times his planting, cultivation and harvest by its specific stimulus to the various types of crops. 

This rhythmic revolution of the Earth around the Sun also provides a Spiritual Radiation which is the nourishment of the potential Divine Nature in man. 

Primitive man availed himself of only a small portion of the natural blessings and powers that were present in the universe in his day, but modern man, through knowledge, has harnessed water power and electronic energy, and now recognizes the potential benefits to mankind and the Earth through atomic control, and it is our constant invocation that he who also knows the unfortunate and dire results which can be inflicted upon mankind through misuse of this energy, will not unleash the fury of the destructive element. 

Man may say that sun and rain are impersonal agents of God that "fall on the just and unjust alike" and that God's Blessings and Radiation cannot be personalized, but a moment's thought will reveal that even the simple magnifying glass can focus the Sun's Rays at any point, thereby creating flame. Cannot, then, the magnetic power of man's free will, desiring to unite with the nature and purpose of All-Good intensify and utilize any natural radiation of a God-Virtue? Most assuredly it is possible. 

Now children of the Father-Mother God, what is your conception of Light? Well, the positive use of Light, as the Creator intended, is that the Essence of Divinity, or Light, should enrich the evolutions of this Earth, and all life everywhere, and thereby expand his Light! 

Within darkness, one has an example of the negative use of Light. However, nothing can exist without Light; the negative qualification only enshrouds the Light Essence, even as storm clouds block the radiance of the Sun from man's sight. The Sun does not change - its Light is there all the time, and there is much truth in the adage - "every cloud has a silver lining." In the Spiritual interpretation, God's Golden Light Essence is everywhere; there is no place in the Universe where the presence of God's Life does not exist. God IS everywhere! 

For the evolved chela to expand his consciousness and knowledge of the magnificence of Creation, he must set aside all negative thoughts by entertaining only that which is constructive, and through becoming one in Divine Consciousness, expand his Service to the Cosmos. 

This discourse is given to you in the hope that you may soon release the fetters of the outer world, be they monetary or otherwise, and enter fully into the Divine Consciousness where instant precipitation of All-Good can take place. I most heartily recommend that you study well the Wisdom which the Beloved Holy Æolus has imparted to you in the Consciousness Booklet. He knows, as do the rest of the Spiritual Hierarchy, that you are ready for this God Illumination, by which you can mold your vehicles, your surroundings, and every condition into God Perfection, through the entertainment in your consciousness of the Perfection of all Life! 

Beloved ones, a Teacher does not present a formula to a student, or an instrument for the expansion of his consciousness, unless the Instructor knows through previous training that the student has advanced to the point where he can put the prescribed formula into practice. You are all at the state in your evolution where we know you can put this wonderful Spiritual Instruction into practice! 

Oh, delve into the Heart of God, through becoming one with us in Consciousness and reap the magnificent blessings which are pulsating around you; expand your Causal Bodies through the use of God's Gifts and in so doing, you will learn to more fully have true reverence for all life. We shall observe your progress most carefully. 

As we have told you previously, the Brothers and Sisters of the Retreat at Yucatan are most desirous of assisting you, and I have today the loving privilege to tell you that I have appointed one of our Members to take you under their guidance and expand the Flame of God Illumination through you. They are here with us today and shall remain until the conclusion of this Conclave on Sunday so that you will become, more closely attuned to their Presence. Following that they will return to our Focus at Yucatan, where they will daily await a 'summons' from you to render the assistance to you which they are so lovingly and eagerly desirous of giving. While the outer man would hastily fly to our Retreat were I to mention the fact that the Golden Tablets upon which are inscribed the Sacred Truth of Life, were to be presented to the physical sight, and some in their greed would devise ways and means of getting them into their possession - the chela has an opportunity surpassing the viewing of the Tablets you can be, and will be through your free will choice, the recipients of the Golden Flame of Divine Illumination which, through Divine Love, will unlock the treasure-chests of God Perfection! The Brother or Sister from our Retreat will be most happy to escort you in your etheric garment to the Focus at Yucatan for further God Illumination, as you express the heart desire to come within its Holy compass. Although our Focus is not open the entire year, we have through counsel with the Beloved Lord Gautama decided upon this additional assistance for the chelas. 

I shall now tell you a little of my visit to the Heart of the Sun, where I was the guest of the mighty Helios and Vesta. We of the Spiritual Hierarchy enrich our Consciousness by being in the Presence of the Great Solar Lords, even as do you, when you come to our Retreats for further spiritual nourishment. 

I shall never cease to be awed by the kindness, the humility of the advanced Beings on the Ladder of Evolution, who in their graciousness place their Counsel on the level which they know best fits the subject or subjects under consideration. Think of this, these glorious Solar Lords decided a while ago to vest you with the honor of Representatives of the Sun, and Beloved Vesta, herself, conferred that designation upon you. 

They summoned me into their Presence to review the benefit which you and the Earth Planet had received as a result of this investure. As in the case of Executives in the world of form, the Over-Lords of Spiritual Creation depend upon and expect those under their specific guidance to supply them with the details and results of certain activities, allowing them to expand their Energies on a larger scale of evolution. 

It would almost amaze one if we did not know the understanding and kindness of these great Beings, the love and happiness which they expressed as we reviewed your individual accomplishment - mind you, I say individual accomplishment. Yes, they considered it of sufficient importance to single you out one by one and as a result, they decided that you should still have the privilege of carrying on as their Representatives, trusting that with your further Illumination, you will be able to accomplish greater results in the name of the Supreme Source of All Life! 

Remember, the Earth is but one Planet which issued from their Beings, and the mankind abiding hereon but tiny cells in the body of the Omnipotent First Cause, yet they, Helios and Vesta, turned their attention to you, the chelas under our guidance, and were pleased to see that the once minute sparks of Light have expanded into a Flaming Focus of Divinity serving the Almighty, and expanding the Perfection of the Planet Earth! 

Oh, Children of the Father-Mother God, take a lesson from the great Solar Lords and as you advance on the Ladder of Evolution, learn to revere all life, and in so doing, remain humble in your Service, remembering always to emulate the glorious Christ Presence which is now expanding through your vehicles and being allowed to function more freely through your garments. 

In deep humility I bless the Light and Life which beats your heart and sustains the Breath in your vehicles, and I bow to the Presence of God "I AM" everywhere, throughout Infinity. I thank you for your attention, and for your service to the Cause of Spiritual Freedom for this dear Earth, and for loosing the chains which yet bind the evolutions hereon as you continue in the Service which shall make this Planet Free-domes Star!
