Greetings and Welcome! Friends of my Heart! Oh this is a wonderful day for me, to witness the chelas assembled from near and far, drawn to the Central Focus by the Light within their hearts. 

You have come to learn how you can better serve the Cause of Freedom, under the Banner of our Reigning King, the Ascended Master Saint Germain. God bless you, each dear one! 

Many of you have not previously met due to the physical distance of the location of your various abodes on this Earth, but I wish to assure you that the moment you made the declaration within yourselves that you would be present at this Conference, and at no little monetary expenditure on your parts, we of the Spiritual Hierarchy have gathered you together for meetings at Inner Levels while you were out of the body at night, and the strong desire for Spiritual Freedom for this Earth and her peoples is firmly and collectively established within your hearts. 

We have a wonderful Pattern of Service with which we wish to familiarize you, so that all the Chelas and Groups throughout the entire Planet can render the most efficacious service. Remember you are serving with and not working for the Hierarchy, there is quite a difference. Service is a joyous experience and work usually indicates to the consciousness an element of drudgery. Our Beloved Maha Chohan, Paul, recently brought forth this point in THE BULLETIN. Those chelas in THE BRIDGE TO FREEDOM who have not yet availed themselves of the opportunity of receiving this Weekly Release are passing up pertinent instruction in their Service to God, and their own Spiritual Unfoldment. Just think, every week the Beloved Maha Chohan takes the time to review world condition and the elements which are active in the lifestreams of the peoples of this Earth, and sets forth the ways and means of correcting these conditions through the cooperation of the dedicated chelas. 

Think of it, a letter weekly from the Representative of the Holy Spirit to this Earth, and then a Special Letter, shall we say as a bonus, quarterly from Blessed Æolus, Cosmic Holy Spirit for all the Planets under the direction of mighty Helios and Vesta. Less than half the student body are BULLETIN readers. When the other students receive THE BRIDGE which contains this Address, I trust they will give this deep consideration and make application for the Weekly Releases. 

It is of the utmost importance that those of you who have taken the responsibility of holding Groups have a Pattern of Service in which there is some similarity. Bless your hearts, the Pattern which some of you use shows just a slight conformity to that which we have set forth from time to time. You will note from your Program that at each meeting of the Conference there is a different Director of the Day. The reason for this is that they have earned this right through conscious and constant conformity to an outline. Next year others will be given this privilege. Each has brought forth a Pattern which is the outpicturing of their own lifestream and which is compatible to those who have been drawn around them. Each has a momentum along a certain Ray or Rays and is expressing it through the specific Service of their Group. The reason for diversity is that the various facets of serving the Cosmic "I AM" Presence must be presented to the chelas so that they may add the momentum of their Light and Love to bring about a balance. 

Just think, suppose there was a preponderance of First Ray individuals. Oh my, methinks the chelas would think there was some mistake in the category of service which they had chosen and might weary in their well doing, due to the pressure of the First Ray in getting things done! However, I assure you there is always a good measure of the First Ray Activity throughout all Service, else the Will of God would not be expressed, and need I tell you that the First Ray is ACTION! I believe some of you have found that to be a fact! You know when I prod you; it is because I LOVE YOU. Are we not all cells in the Heart of the Cosmic "I AM" Presence! Separation only comes when thought is given to personality, for it is the CHRIST PRESENCE within, which entwines our Hearts in sweet association. 

I shall ask each of you to respect the Official Program of the Day and keep the copies which are presented to you, a gift from the life-stream who is holding the Class - their own energy, time and money went into the preparation of these Programs. Take them home with you, study them, and decide upon the Outline which best fits your Group Service. In this instance, I refer to the Sanctuary Director and Group Leader. There is a strong thread of similarity running through each Outline, resulting from instruction which we have imparted to you through the years. 

Oh yes, a word on the distinction between Director and Leader. The Sanctuary Director is the lifestream who has taken upon himself or herself with the permission of the Hierarchy, the responsibility for holding a Class or Classes at regular intervals, building around their locality a Forcefield, into which is constantly fed the momentum of service of the lifestreams in the Group. The Group Leader is the life- stream who also holds Classes, but who is under the jurisdiction of the Director in the conformity of service to a General Pattern or Outline. There are Leaders, under a Director, some give general instruction for beginners and others hold Classes devoted exclusively to the use of the Violet Fire of Transmutation, and so on. But remember always, the Director is the one in charge of the Forcefield, and the Leader the assistant. This question has arisen many times and I trust it is now clear. Permit me to say when there is any inharmony between the two it is the human personality which has reared its head! 

The reason I bring the various activities to your attention at this time is due to the fact that many of the chelas are not familiar with the Pattern of Service and have come specifically to this Conference to receive instruction as to how to proceed in their future assignments, and also so that there will not be any conjecture on your parts as to why the daily Classes do not exactly conform to the same Pattern. The time will come when there will be a new General Outline released by the Spiritual Hierarchy for use in Classes, but that time is not yet. Too many of our Directors and Leaders require additional training. This in no way casts any aspersion on your present service, my faithful friends; you are all doing wonderfully well in building a momentum of your Dedicated Virtue or Virtues in your respective Forcefields. So just be happy, and if one Service is not particularly compatible to your nature, remember there are other types from which to choose. Be patient and you will be rewarded! 

And now speaking of a reward or blessing, I take great pleasure in presenting to you my Beloved, Lady Miriam. 

LADY MIRIAM: 

Children of God, many of you were associated with my lifestream while I so recently walked the Pathway of. Earth, and many know I used to think the mighty El Morya was stern at times - yes, I might say seemed ruthless in his prodding of the chelas. That was a human concept, for standing as I do in his mighty Presence, blessed and precious ones the glorious Energy which he releases carries a tremendous amount of the Essence of Pure Divine Love. 

Oh love him, love him, for his devotion to a Cause, that of assisting the Beloved Saint Germain in the redemption of the Planet Earth and her evolutions. Magnificent indeed, is this great Master! 

I wish now to specifically draw your attention to our great Lord of the World, Gautama, that Blessed and Holy One who abides in the Etheric Focus of Shamballa over Long Island. This Illumined One is, as you know, the Exponent of the Middle Way, and is the Perfect Example of embodying all the Rays while belonging to a specific Ray. When you took embodiment you had journeyed through all the Seven Spheres at Inner Levels and developed a momentum on a specific Ray, that one now being predominant in your Causal Body. 

As you came forth time and again for further development of your lifestream in the Schoolroom of Earth, you also acquired a momentum on other Rays which are required for Balance, but the momentum you gathered at Inner Levels before coming into Earth experience is the Ray upon which you rode forth from the Heart of your God-Parents. That is the beautiful harmony which will express in greater and greater intensity, and is the Gift of your life-stream, your contribution to the Cosmic Symphony which will someday be emitted as the radiation of this Planet. The time is getting shorter when it is demanded by Cosmic Law that there be no dissonance in the required Harmony for this Earth. There is still much 'clashing of cymbals and beating of drums' caused by the uprising of the peoples in rebellion all over this  Sphere, and that is where a momentum comes to the fore. 

All the chelas having advanced thus far have a momentum of Pure Divine Love and Peace, and IT IS UP TO YOU; yes required of you, that you be Radiating Centers of these Gifts for the entire Planet. We of the Spiritual Hierarchy hear the cries of the masses, cries which come from the deep recesses of their beings for Peace. See that you do not allow the opportunity to fulfill your duty, to pass by. Young men in various parts of the Globe are sacrificing their lives, and their elders, too, in the name of Peace, as opposed to that of oppression, hatred and greed. 

Remember always that each blessed life-stream, on no matter what side of the fence he is, has, an Immortal Victorious Three-fold Flame, the Christ, within his heart and when on the negative side, he is just caught in the web of the sinister force. I plead with you to untangle the youth of this Earth from the snares of evil! They are the hope of the future! You know the method; the use of the Fires of Purification and Transmutation, clothed round in Pure Divine Love and Peace! 

Oh yes, I can be dynamic too, born of Conviction of the Truth that the Divine Plan shall be fulfilled for this Earth, and in the not too distant future! 

I have a special request to make of you, that before retiring this evening, you will each turn your attention to the Beloved Lord Gautama and ask that you be in a State of Grace to receive of the Blessing which he will bring when he addresses you, bringing the Essence of his Wisdom, and during the repast after his worded Release. He shall preside as Guest of Honor at the Brunch and has requested that I tell you to be happy and enjoy yourselves; no need for solemnity, but cognizant always of the signal privilege which is yours. 

With my deep and abiding Love, I now turn your attention to Beloved El Morya, for his further Blessing; 

BELOVED EL MORYA: 

Beloved chelas this is going to be a momentous week for all of you and one which will bring great Illumination to you who are sincerely dedicated in your Service of freeing the Planet Earth and her evolutions and bringing in the Permanent Golden Age. 

I admonish you to keep up your Protection at all. times, and to assist you, Beloved and Mighty Hercules, Lord Michael, and my humble self shall be on hand at all times to keep up the guard for you, when so invited.
