Summer Conference Address
Beloved Victory
July 3, 1964
"I AM" the Victorious Accomplishment of the Permanent Focus of the Spiritual Hierarchy on Long Island; "I AM" the Victorious Accomplishment of your Ascension in the Light at the close of this embodiment. I, Victory, do so decree and it is accomplished!
The atmosphere over this Holy Island is filled with the most glorious Beings and it is a magnificent sight to behold. The "V" FOR VICTORY which is the Thoughtform for this Class is made up this day with the Angels of my Legions and the Music of the Spheres is permeating the atmosphere over the entire Isle and the Manhattan area. At the close of the Class today these glorious Beings will take the Sacred Essence of Victory which they have brought today, and this radiation shall go North, South, East and West until the whole Planet is bathed in the substance of Victorious Accomplishment in the Light! Every blessed student who is tuned into this Class shall be the recipient of the Blessing thereof.
The Leader of every Group of Angelic Beings performing this tremendous service shall carry a replica of the Banner of our Beloved King, the Ascended Master Saint Germain. This will naturally draw the Angelic Legions of the Beloved Saint Germain, and volunteers from the ranks of the Angels of Transmutation have come to assist in the purification of this Earth and her evolutions and shall traverse the Planet in company with my Legions of Victory! Courtesy is the Law of Heaven and one activity does not intrude itself upon another unless permission is first given. It was with great happiness and gratitude that I welcomed the assistance of these glorious Beings to further expand this great Service.
This evening there will be a transcendent Activity at the World's Fair and United Nations and our Beloved Saint Germain will describe it to you in his Discourse at the Closing Class, tomorrow, July 4th.
What happens when one hears the word "Victory"? To those who are in the Cause of Good, no matter what the activity may be, there is always a buoyant surging of happiness through their beings, and I always seize the opportunity to blaze my Flame and Ray through that feeling. To those engaged in nefarious practices, the opposite is true, for the feeling of Victory always energizes the occupation of the moment. "I AM" determined, and so it shall be, that every time the feeling of Victory is experienced that the shadows shall disappear and be replaced by Light, Light, Light - until no darkness can remain, for "I AM" the All-Power of Light!
Think you how I have waited for this day, for the time when there were sufficient peoples on this Earth who were cognizant of the Presence of the Spiritual Hierarchy in the Universe and have accepted the reality of their Service to this Earth and her evolutions! The Angels of Victorious Accomplishment are winging through the atmosphere in the wake of the Beloved Lord Michael, mighty Astraea and the Angels of Transmutation from the Violet Fire Temples under the direction of Lord Zadkiel! You shall while still in embodiment witness the most outstanding changes in the activities of the peoples of this Earth - all for the Cause of Good! Yes, we realize that chaos is still rampant on the Planet, but viewed with the Inner Sight I tell you with all the conviction of my Being, causes are being set up for the benefaction of the race and there are those in positions of authority who are glimpsing the changes for world good which shall come to pass within the decade!
I wish now the privilege of speaking with you about the Permanent Focus on Long Island. Blessed children of Victorious Accomplishment, think what it shall mean to the Spiritual Hierarchy to have a Focus where they can come, where a band of chelas in their physical forms are serving, with the one dedicated purpose of raising this Earth and her evolutions into the Perfected State ordained by Divine Edict! Where we can give the instruction and at a moment's notice specific activities can be set into motion which will bring about the most efficacious action... that of Victorious Accomplishment. It is not that we of the Spiritual Hierarchy require an actual physical Focus, but as stated earlier this week, we do require a Focus which is our Headquarters wherein there are dedicated chelas in physical form to follow the plans set before them by the Hierarchy. And, we shall manifest to the sight of those who have purified themselves and qualified for this privilege. If this were not so, I would not tell you. "I AM" the Victorious Accomplishment of this... and quickly!
A temple shall come forth on this site of a beauty and magnificence of structure which shall surpass your present comprehension, BUT before this can be done, there must be no ties of the outer upon the ownership of the property - The Bridge to Freedom, Inc., whose executives have purchased it in the Name of the Spiritual Hierarchy. I have this day requested that the Scroll which I instructed to be prepared, be brought to class. This document embodies the feeling that while this is the property of THE BRIDGE TO FREEDOM, INC. in the outer sense for required business and legal reasons, complying with the requirements of the physical appearance world, that actually the property belongs to the Spiritual Hierarchy - the Permanent Home on Earth of the Cosmic Holy Spirit, (now our present Maha Chohan,) Lord Gautama and the entire Spiritual Hierarchy connected with the Earth Planet. We invite you to sign this Scroll, a replica of which shall be put in the Library of the Cosmic Holy Spirit, and there remain a permanent record of the evolution of this Planet in the forward progress of this System.
This, of course, shall be a voluntary act upon your part, because only that, which is done in the loving feeling of your beings, can be impressed upon the Cosmic Records for the edification of all who gaze upon it. Sign this "Declaration of Independence" from the human claim upon that which belongs to God - the Universal "I AM" Presence - and in so doing, I assure you, that the greater part of the human which you have cherished through the ages will be no more! Thank God for this privilege!
Blessed and beloved Ones of the Light, there are few who have any actual perception of what the Permanent Home of the Spiritual Hierarchy on this Earth means. We have discoursed many times about the building of the first Shamballa, and the nine hundred long years which were required to accomplish the feat. Thank God, the mankind of this Earth has evolved to the degree where such desecration could not now take place. But please remember, and not just at this moment while I bring this to your attention, in all the feeling of reverence which you can command... Shamballa, the Focus of Light, the Home of the Spiritual Hierarchy on Long Island shall surpass by far any edifice which has been erected, or could be on this Planet, where the Radiation there from shall excel all others. Were it a fact that you could lend your energies and participate in the building of a residence for your Heads of Government, you would think how very privileged you were, and what an honor accompanied that assignment. Beloved, beloved, greater far is the building of an Edifice for the Spiritual Government of the Planet!
I say to you, and hear me well, kneel within the Flame of your Heart, and daily offer your gratitude to the Father of all Light that you have been given this opportunity. There are oh so many good men and women on this Earth, were they evolved to the point where this opportunity could be presented to them, would in reverent awe speak the Holy Name of the Cosmic Holy Spirit, and our so gracious Lord of the World, Gautama. Oh blessed ones, I implore you treat the privilege which is yours in all the sacredness which you can command... and since you are rapidly discarding the shell, the cloak, with which you have garbed your glorious Christ Self, and becoming that Christ in action, this should not be too difficult an assignment for any of you.
Each and every friend of Freedom who made the decision to come to this Class acted through the prompting of the Christ within, knowing through being that Christ in action their physical vehicles were necessary at this Conference for a specific physical tie-in of the energies with the substance of the Holy Site! Oh, I know what went on in the consciousness of some of the chelas as to whether they should journey here from near or afar, but those who permitted the Christ, the Directing Intelligence, to take charge, will find that henceforth there will be little of the outer acting, as they begin to see the results of the Cause set up begin to manifest as Perfection in their worlds. I tell you many will gratefully say, "Thank God, I made the decision to be present."
Do you know, beloved ones, we have had much converse - by we, I mean Members of the Spiritual Hierarchy who are presently so tenaciously lending their efforts to the bringing forth of this Holy Focus, with the chelas who were presented with the opportunity of coming to Long Island! With the outer garment resting in sleep, and in the freedom of your inner bodies you have been filled with the feeling of your reason for being and have quickly affirmed - "Oh, I shall be there, nothing can stop me!" But... when you returned to your gross vehicle, forgive the reference, all was not so easy, and the four wheels of the cart were not so sure they wished to have the Holy Christ Self in the driver's seat.
Please be assured, each brave and valiant one who is here, for whom this sojourn was possible, that you shall not realize until Ascended in Full Freedom what a tremendous decision you have made. To those blessed ones who will read these my words, and who have not found it physically and financially possible to attend, we are not reprimanding you, indeed not. But I now address those, and they know in their hearts if 'the shoe fits them' that they have missed an opportunity which will not be repeated for them. The glorious Goddess of Opportunity, beloved Portia, came to each of your doors, and if you have shut that door, no one will have to tell you, for you and you alone in the physical appearance world, know it!
Now the Spiritual Law is one of great Mercy and Compassion and it is not the purpose of that great action to bear down on anyone, whatever the sin of commission or omission.
We are well aware, beloved ones, of the trials and tribulations which have beset you these many years, and when all seemed to be running smoothly in your worlds, you encountered an impact of something of a discordant nature, and the results impinged themselves in your world and affairs. This was not a personalized action of the Law signaling you out, but the natural result of the Law of Cause and Effect... the causes which YOU had set up in the many lifetimes of meandering upon this Planet Earth. You have thought "oh, how this one and that goes through life so smoothly with no physical troubles, and that one without financial difficulty." Well, they have either passed through the purification in another embodiment so far as a specific condition is concerned, or they shall yet meet the experience in this or another embodiment. There are no evaders - the Spiritual Law is one of balance, and the scales of your use of energy must be balanced, and be in perfect alignment.
So be of good cheer and know that the Law has been kind to you, has privileged you to be the Forerunners, because of your dedication to Service in the name of the Father of us all, and the stumbling blocks to Perfection are rapidly being removed, and by whom? You, each dear one! This is cause for rejoicing, for you each are becoming the outpicturing of the affirmation which you have made: "I AM" the Master Presence grown to full stature! Now, feel it - for I say in the full power of Victorious Accomplishment for you each one - you ARE that Master Presence, manifest as you accept it!
Need I remind you that the Love and Compassion of our Lord and King, the Ascended Master Saint Germain has placed within your reach, each and every one on this dear Earth, although some are not yet cognizant of the Gift - that Divine Alchemy of Transmutation, the Sacred Fire of Mercy and Compassion, blessed and beloved Violet Fire of Pure Divine Love, which can and will, if you choose to use it, remove all imperfect Causes which you have set up, and will replace it with whatever you, in the freedom of free will, so desire to have become a part of your beings and worlds.
To you, blessed and beloved ones, know with all the feeling which I blaze forth to you and which your Christ Self is cradling in its bosom what a gift you have, and I now speak specifically of the Flame of Constancy which is blazing forth from your beings and has formed a tremendous band in your Casual Bodies of the purest Golden Essence - truly making a halo about you, signaling you out to those with God's Pure Inner Sight, as a chela upon whom we can count now and henceforth - the dependable Soldiers of the King, Members of his Holy Brotherhood.
Oh, thou Supreme Ruler of the Universe, "I AM" so very grateful for the cooperation of these valiant souls who are the dauntless Spirits who have 'dared' to set themselves apart and say - "I love you, Saint Germain, I love your Sacred Name" - and MEAN IT!
As I bow in reverence, gratitude and humility to the Light which you each have now become, I enfold you in the feeling of VICTORIOUS ACCOMPLISHMENT in all your actions from this moment henceforth! I bid you Good Morning,
