Beloved ones of my Heart, I am with you this evening that a perfect attunement may here be experienced: With Ascended Master Love and the actual substance of Life, I AM IN YOUR MIDST and I call forth the Love of your own "I AM" Presence and under the direction of Mighty Victory I join each of you into a great pillar and a great Focus of Light - ONE MIGHTY HEARTBEAT!
Activities performed on the Inner Levels, of which you are consciously unaware, are constantly occurring and needless to say, they are for your benefit. From that great momentum of Inner Accomplishments I am now drawing to a concentrated centralized point the great Love, Victory and Mastery each of you have generated, not only in this embodiment but in all embodiments. You are now sealed in the greatest and most expanded consciousness possible without transcending this level completely, and from here you are to expand, the highest possible from this level to be your beginning! Our Love, which ever enfolds you and is ever at your assistance, is boundless!
Such a complete conscious activity has never been known upon this dear Planet. Your service - you know you each have an individual service - but I am speaking in the singular since you will all render the exact same service - is to bring forth the INNER ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF BLESSED HUMANITY and let them know of what they are capable! The time has now arrived to let the LAW - the Great Cosmic Law - speak for itself, and you, beloved ones, through drawing about yourselves the Great Invincible Protection and Great Light of the Ascended Host are to be instrumental in bringing forth this accomplishment.
You may ask, if this is to all be in the SILENCE, why it could not have been accomplished on an Inner Level! If this were possible, do you think we would ever send anyone, anyone to the Earth? We have the Energy to completely envelope this planet with such a radiant Love and such an outpouring of Perfection, but this is not according to Divine Law! Each service, and the channel which renders that service, must be firmly anchored to the planet, and must Love it and ever expand the Light within It.
Such a great Love is felt here this evening, but it will not compare with what you will feel in the future. We are truly ONE and vibrate as one! Such an activity is so beautiful to us. You see, beloved ones, we see the color and the music which you radiate through your various services, and we take this color and music and fill the Earth with its vibratory action. Through this very service has blossomed some very great musicians and artists, through the color and music and the great Harmony which radiates from the service which the students render.
My Light and Love ever enfolds you and I now decree that the complete Perfection of God, your own "I AM" Presence, blaze forth its Radiation throughout each of you and never again will you either recognize or accept anything less than that vibratory action of Love.
In the Name, Love, Wisdom and Power of the Great "I AM" Presence and under Divine Law, this I command:
"GO FORTH, GREAT "I AM" PRESENCE AND DO YOUR PERFECT WORK. IT IS THROUGH YOUR LOVE AND IN YOUR SERVICE BY WHICH I COMMAND THIS."
