LETTER TO THE FLAME CLASS OF AUGUST 19, 1961

Beloved Children of My Heart: 

Now you enter the beautiful Chateau de Liberte of my son, Paul (known as the Venetian Master). He will show you the beauty of Spirit and beauty to be expressed through each of you in the world of form. The Gentlemen Sponsors from this Retreat all wear Pink robes and emanate his quality of Pure Divine Love. 

His Focus is a place of great beauty, and you shall enjoy visiting the Flame Room where the Threefold Flame is focused, representing, as the One at Shamballa, perfect balance. Here, too, is the pulsating heartbeat of the Goddess of Liberty, and you can feel the vibration of that liberating essence from her and Beloved Paul, even when you visit there in consciousness. 

I ask that you, and I will help you, learn the joy of loving the Christ within all you see, no matter what the appearance. Then, before your eyes, love will manifest through such a person, place, condition, or thing and you, even as Lady Master Nada, shall have the joy of seeing the manifestation of perfection.

THE THIRD RAY - THE CREATIVE ACTIVITY

The Third Ray is the First Expression of the Holy Spirit in the world of matter. The First and Second Rays represent the Fatherhood and Sonship of God, which, when understood, prepares the student to enter consciously the Path of Creative Activity in accordance with the Divine Plan. The Master Paul, the Venetian, is the Chohan in charge of this Third Ray of the Holy Spirit. It is his great Service to translate the Divine Plan into physical expression. 

After the student has mastered the Silence, has studied the Divine Plan, and has realized his oneness with the Father-Mother Principle of Creation under the First and Second Rays, he is then prepared to draw that Divine Plan into manifestation and become, instead of the listener, the doer! This Ray has not been stressed sufficiently in any avenue of learning and yet it is one of the most valuable activities that can be assimilated by the lifestream. One may learn and study for eternity but until that knowledge has been applied, it is worthless. 

The Venetian has been referred to as the Master of Tact, Diplomacy and Beauty, and thus has been looked upon as an idealistic form of ascetic living, rather than a practical, dynamic and forceful expression of the Divine Mind in the world of form. Tact and Diplomacy are a part of the Third Ray man.
