NOTES: Following is the service that will be given during The Bridge to Spiritual Freedom Inc. New Year’s Conference on December 31, 2008 starting at 10:00 AM (MST) with a single candle Acolyte Service. We will be using the 1989 Revised Edition of The book of Ceremony and Ordered Service for all decrees.

All hail to Thee, mighty All-Pervading Light of the Universe, Supreme Source of all That Is, I AM THAT I AM! We acknowledge the oneness of all life contained within the magnificent Light of the Cosmos and drew forth this sacred flame representing the Three-fold Flame of Divinity within our hearts!

Beloved Presence of God I AM! With gratitude and love, from the innermost temple of our beings, the perfectly balanced threefold flame within our hearts, we greet you. As we are the luminous and all loving manifest flame, we accept the full power and authority of the beloved I AM Presence! And we offer and dedicate our energies in service to the Supreme Source of all life, now and forever!
In the name and authority of the One Universal Consciousness, we lovingly invite and invoke all great cosmic beings of Light to be at one with us now, as we consciously acknowledge the Crystalline Grail of Purified Consciousness. We enhance and expand the acceptance of the perfection of God’s Most Holy Will, freeing all humanity of the illusion that separates us from our own Divine perfection and our at-One-ment with the Supreme Source.
We lovingly fill our cups to overflowing and sustain threes light rays until all are raised to the perfect Oneness we had in the beginning, before all was. We acknowledge and accept the shining presence of our true being and all Great Beings of Light, as we absorb and assimilate within our hearts and minds, the cosmic determination so we may always fulfill our divine plans with earnest joy and gratitude for the opportunity to serve all the people of Earth and in this love we are blessed, healed and ever enfolded in the rays of peace which continue for all eternity to bless us as we strive toward the ultimate Peace and Oneness of Life, Light and Love.
For I AM One with all Love, I AM with all Light, I AM One with all Life!

Greeting: Good morning all my beloved sisters and brothers in the Light. The divine light within me acknowledges and responds to the divinity within each one of you present here today and all who are joined with us by ties of light from around the world .
I now ask you to close your eyes for a moment. Breathe in deeply and as you breathe out, join your heart flames with mine. Breathe in again and on the outbreath, unite your energies with every chela and lightworker anywhere on this blessed planet.
Now, breathing in once again, expand your consciousness even further. As you exhale, see and feel how our collective consciousness joins with the limitless numbers of our ascended sisters and brothers, the many magnificent angelic beings who assist us at all times and with the great elemental lifestreams that make p the physical plane of the Earth.
Breathe in deeply and as you breathe out feel and know we are truly united with Infinite One Universal Consciousness of all life! (Pause)
As you continue to breathe deeply and rhythmically feel how the Body of Light has now become fully activated! Together, we have become one might force of Divine Reality coming together at this very moment for the expressed purpose of serving all life on this planet.

The Theme for this Conference is: Effortless Transformation
Today our service will contemplate the essence of perfect Concentration, Consecration, Truth, and Healing. Thus through our service of light and love every man, woman and child on this blessed planet shall be capable of drinking from the essence of Divine Truth through their own chalice of receptivity and benefit from their distinct ability to receive. This beloved one is true Spiritual Communion! (Pause)
Please now listen to some words of wisdom from this Activity of Light.
I come to envelop you with my Love, and my special gift, which is the Power of Concentration. It is a gift which must be brought to bear upon every aspect of your life, until you – by your love and power of concentration – have transformed everything within your expression from the human to the Divine. This is not the work of a moment! It is the work of many so called “lifetimes”, for true concentration is the art of being.
Every one has being, it is true, but few are aware of that Being, and this is what the gift of concentration must be used to discover. The truth of yourself is that your are created in the Divine Image and Likeness of the One Universal Consciousness, and that is the very fact which has fallen into unconsciousness, until you have come to believe that the physical and intellectual experiences are your reality.
One must, upon realizing Truth of Being, start somewhere in the task of removing all the masks they have assumed as they move away from their own Divine Self. The tool is concentration.
There are sister qualities which are important in the process of uniting with the Divine Self. The first is Consecration, for it is absolutely necessary that you dedicate all of your energy and attention to this work.
The second quality is Truth, because before you can reunite with your True Self, there will be the necessity of facing some lesser truths, and this may not be a pleasant process .However, it is absolutely necessary to leave the past in order to embrace the present and future reality of Unity with your I AM Presence, and it is worth any sacrifice that may be required along the path.
Healing, a major quality of the Fifth Ray is the natural result of the process of rediscovering your true Identity, for there is nothing within it but perfect radiant healthiness and harmony! Conversely, one has only to remember that dis-ease and discomfort go hand-in-hand with deception, and all that is not of the light must be stripped away from you.
Of course, you have all begun this task, and all of us within the Octaves of Light are assisting you in every way that is open to us.
You know the law which states that the call for assistance must come from you, and that law is being complied with rhythmically, for which we are grateful. The power of dedication cannot be overestimated at this time, especially for the purpose of clearing the astral realm of the dark form which have been created out of the collective consciousness.
One of the most interesting facts of consciousness is that your individual consciousness is linked to all other self-conscious life, be it human, Divine or of the darkness. You exist in a realm where all energy which has ever been spent by humanity surrounds you at all times. Because you can never destroy energy, it exists within the level, or strata, to which it belongs, until it is either transmuted and returned to the Godhead for repolarization, or strengthened and intensified where it already is by other energies which are similar to it.
If you think about it for a moment, you will realize that you may either choose which level you wish to experience consciously or you can just float about from one level to another according to the whim of your emotional and mental bodies. The toll of concentration gives you the power of conscious choice as to where you want to be and what you want to experience at all times!
Please take a deep slow breath in… and on your out breath, quietly return your attention to the Sanctuary… And when you are ready please pick up your decree books and turn to Decree 1-10, Affirmation of Dedication and Consecration! ...as we rededicate and reconsecrate our life to the Divine First Cause… Together!

I AM an open door for God’s Limitless Faith in man and man returning Faith in God! Tank you, please be seated. Breathing in, concentrate on this declaration of faith offered to the universe. Breathe in… and breathe out. (Pause)
As each year comes to a close and a new year is about to emerge there are two prominent activities which take place in conjunction with the activities of the etheric essence of Shamballa. These two cosmic events result in our Earth and all life upon it being offered two extraordinary blessings from the Infinite Universal Presence within the Great Silence. The first activity involves the purification of the planet through the Violet Flames of transmutation and forgiveness and release of all misunderstood and misqualified energy incurred during the previous twelve month period. This is achieved through our synchronized and dynamic use of the Violet Transmuting Fire. Throughout our service today we will actively call upon all Cosmic Beings of Light and ask them to join their energies with ours so that once again we can cleanse our dear Earth of any etheric, emotional, physical or mental debris which is keeping her from becoming Freedom’s Holy Star.
The second activity which will culminate later tonight comprises of the unleashing of the magnificent energies we have worked with during this past year and the emergence of the cosmic energies for the new incoming year. This long-lasting ever-increasing energy will assist in manifesting Earth’s ability to move closer to divine perfection and for all life during the subsequent twelve month period to fulfill their own divine plan. The entire Spiritual Hierarchy will assist us in accomplishing this task by receiving, energizing and expanding the new thoughtform and theme for the incoming New Year, which we will anchor within the Earth’s heartcenter during the all night watch each December 31st. In addition, during the Petition Services we have been pledging our continuing efforts and energies to supporting and sustaining these incoming cosmic forces, which are needed to assist in developing the ever evolving divine plan for all humanity and our dear planet Earth.
These two important activities are accomplished each year through our heartfelt invocations, decrees and visualization, and through our united co-service with all great Beings and Powers of Light in bringing forth the universal light, love and peace from the Supreme Source of All Life.
Today is a unique day beloved ones! It is a day to accept and absorb one of the most vital gifts the Infinite Universal Consciousness has offered to us. Let us begin by taking up our decree books and turning to (+) Decree 3-01, Law of Forgiveness. Once you have found it please stand. Together!

Holy Father of all Light and Mother of all Love, we open our personal and collective cup of consciousness to you now.
In the power and authority of the Universal Presence of God I AM within our hearts, we now invite and invoke the most powerful activity of the Sacred Violet Fire permitted by cosmic law to enter our chalice now.
With this invocation a sacred elixir of healing grace, the Violet Fire now enters my crown charka and descends to my heart center. One with the Universal Presence, I now direct this activity into my four lower vehicles through the power of the holy breath. I breathe in deeply and as I breathe out, I direct the Violet Fire to enter every cell and atom of my physical body. I assimilate it and feel the forgiveness of the Christ energy expanding throughout my physical structure, purifying it of any darkness that blocks the Light within me. With every breath, I expand this activity.
Now, I experience the purity of my physical body, any functions or activities that are harmful to me in any way that has been acting through my physical form are forgiven. Through the grace of God they are healed and purified, now and forever!
Once again, I breathe in deeply and as I breathe out, I direct the mercy and forgiveness of the Violet Fire into my mental body. It permeated every electron of my mental world. It blazes through every erroneous belief that has ever lodge itself there in the past, transmuting all shadows, leaving my mind, mental world and brain structure free. All is now forgiven in my mental world.
I breathe in deeply once again and on the outbreath, I direct the elixir of Violet Fire into my feeling world – my emotional body It enters every electron of my feeling body, purifying and transmuting all residual negativity within me. All fear, doubt, judgment of myself or others just flows away from me now in waves of Light. I AM forgiven and I now experience a sense of freedom. I feel at perfect peace.
Once again, I breathe in deeply and as I breathe out, I direct the Violet Fire into my etheric body; I feel every electron receiving the blessed elixir of divine forgiveness and forgetfulness. Quietly and without emotion or judgment of any kind, I just let it all go now and experience myself as the forgiven Universal Presence.
So be it, beloved I AM THAT I AM!
Take a deep breath in and slowly release it as we gently bring our attention back to this sanctuary. …..Take another breath in and slowly breathe out…and when you are ready please gently pick up your decree book and turn to Decree 6-11 …Please stand for this Decree …The Creative Faculties of My Being… Together!

Thank you set aside your decree books and become centered. Remaining in this state of listening grace prepare now to receive some words of wisdom from this activity of light about The Essence of Consecration
I speak from my Heart of Love and Consecration to each one of you. I remind you that when you are taught that all life is ONE, we are referring to the ESSENCE of Life, and not to its expression. You are ONE with God and all life throughout the Universe at the center of your Being. There, the life force remains always at perfection. It is like a well filled with the pure water of Spirit. You may draw from it, and you may create with it as you wish. The creations you make may not appear as perfect, but the Spirit from which they are created is pure. Always – at the well – the life force is pure, unchanging, and bottomless, for the well of life can never run dry.
So many times you believe the outer form to be you! For every manifestation you see, there is a pure and perfect Cause upon the inner plane, which can never manifest, but sustains the outer form.
As you grow spiritually, you learn to become quiet and identify with your I AM Presence, which is your True Identity. As you do so, you permit this perfection and beauty to register upon your outer consciousness, until it can act as a Healing Force which will bring all manifest expression into alignment with itself. This is the healing you seek.
Visualize and feel your I AM Presence just above your physical body, surrounding it with its Light! See the Silver Cord, which is the life-line that sustains your four lower vehicles. Breathe in, gently and deeply, and as you do, feel the life force entering your physical body from the Heart of your Presence – through the silver cord – as Light, your True Identity. Absorb it, and then breathe the Light of your True Self out around you, realizing that in this way you are externalizing your True Self in the outer world. Continue this process, making it a daily practice, until you are firmly convinced of you own I AM Presence as your True Identity, rather than your physical form…
Gradually, as you practice inbreathing your True Identity, and breathing it out into the world of form, your etheric vehicles will register Light instead of shadows; Perfection rather than imperfection, until you are incapable of creating any outer manifestation which is less than the Perfection held within your Heart Flames.
My dear Ones, you have come far, and are capable of keeping your consciousness upon the Spirit of Life much more steadily now. Know that I will always be beside you, every step of the Way; until you are home again in the Heart of the I AM Presence from which you came! (Pause)

Breath in….and breathe out….Let your breathing pattern return to normal for now it is time to carry on with the process of expanding and projecting the magnificent Thoughtform for 2008 we have been using during these past twelve months. As I read these sacred words visualize them once again going out into the world as a beautiful gift and blessing to all our sisters and brothers in the human family and all life:
From deep within the heart of the Universe where the earliest Point of Light initially emerged, a new and wondrous energy now appears, easily and effortlessly expanding throughout all worlds.
Within each and every harmonious and loving inbreath of humanity, this pristine vibration draws ever closer to the planet Earth. Upon its monumental and extraordinary arrival we exhale in unison and every part of life is enfolded in the all-encompassing waves of divine order, forgiveness, freedom and peace.

Filled with anticipation and patience for the upcoming era I am rhythmically awakening and anchoring the Divine qualities of hope and courage within my consciousness and heart.

Beloved chelas, this is a time of many transitions; transitions from unconstructiveness into more positive states of understanding, thinking, feeling, and activity. We have spoken before about transmuting the unconstructive quality of fear. This is most necessary, because fear is an emotion that can delay all activity which is designed to carry you forward into the Light. It has been called 'the last enemy to be overcome'. Fear creates anxiety within the consciousness, often with no visible rationale. One thing is certain. To be overcome, fear must be faced.
Many chelas are doing sustained work to transmute this negativity, and the question that rises is; "Why does fear reappear again and again, even though I AM using the Violet Transmuting Flame with regularity?"
All people are seeking liberation from negativity, as it is a most uncomfortable condition to have within their consciousness. The use of the Transmuting Flame does discharge the immediate discomfort; however, it is important to remember - until the “cause and core” of a specific problem is brought into the Light for healing - the discomfort it causes will come back again and again. . . .
Remember, the work of transforming unconstructive energy within the Violet Fire is an activity of Love. It is a process through which you may “Love all of Life Free!”
As chelas of this activity of Light, you know that you have volunteered for more than ordinary work during your current embodiment, especially regarding the purification of this beloved planet, Earth. The key in all of this service to life is balance.
You must discover and sustain a precise balance between your personal work, and the work to be done for all the evolutions of Earth. If the personal preparation is lacking, you cannot serve as an effective Chalice of Light for anyone or anything else.
When you are being of service to others, the need for healing often becomes very great, quite often a sudden influx of energy may be needed to emphasize the very condition you wish to transmute and heal. You see, if a person's state of consciousness is unconstructive, they may only use energy in that same unconstructive way. It is paramount to call on the I AM Presence of that person, and ask that the healing energy be released to them according to their current needs. No healing energy given is ever lost, but it may be held in abeyance - in 'reserve' so to speak - or used in a way that may be more effective than is indicated by the outer appearance. This can only be known to the Presence of God I AM within each individual... so we must continue to have faith and hope and to be patient. And as always we must continue to send forth all of the Light, Healing and Love required for the highest good of this planet and all who occupy it.

Benediction
Blessed are the hearts that can pierce through appearance and find truth. Clear are the spiritual auras of those who need only touch the fringe of Godliness and, in humility, bow before the spark of divinity in each heart. Pray always that when the Spirit of Truth comes among us, we may be first among those to kneel in adoration before this great flame and see the Universal Presence in all its glory.
Those who consciously choose to live true to all life, have their senses constantly sharpened to hear the Voice of the Divine that may emanate from any tree or bush or bird that flies, according to the Spirit of God who may want to speak with us at various times for the good of the whole. Be ever alert, beloved ones, for the Homeland is constantly calling and wise is he or she who is ever attuned to its celestial song. Always remember: “You shall know the Truth and the Truth shall make you free!”
We now command, in the Name and by the Power of the cosmic I AM Presence of this Universe, that the truth and reality of this statement be forthcoming and that this sweet Earth be raise, redeemed and able to assume her perfect God-Estate NOW!
