* The breathing statement should be given four times for each full breath. On the inbreath, breath in the qualities contained within the Flame. As you hold your breath in, absorb the qualities deep within every part of your being. As you breathe out, expand and increase the power and momentum of the divine qualities you are calling forth through the power of the Holy Breath. As you hold your breath out of your body, project these magnificent God Qualities forth to all life. Repeat this exercise a minimum of three full breaths.

The importance of remaining in a state of Grace cannot be over emphasized to any earnest and sincere chela who intends to pass from the outer shrouded consciousness of the masses into the awakened and liberated consciousness of the illumined who walk and talk with those in the Higher Realms as the Ascended Master Saint Germain has prophesied shall come to pass. 

Grace contains within itself a true abiding love for God - a love that is in the feelings - not on the lips or in the mind of the outer consciousness; a love for God that cognizes in feeling that ONE in dignity with God is a majority over all human creation; and love and reverence for the Divine Hierarchy who, through the mercy of the Law, have passed through the Veil of Maya and stand before you again and again giving their love and their life to help you redeem those energies that have been distorted and to set you free from that karma which you have created through the misuse of free will; a love for your sisters and brothers in distress, for the animal and elemental kingdoms, and all imprisoned life, even so-called inanimate objects - all of these are part of Grace.

Discrimination Indispensable 

Grace contains within itself discrimination and discretion—the capacity to cognize the Truth and to know and revere Divinity’s Presence in your midst; to also become aware of the petty outer consciousness of those with whom you must deal with in your capacities as a chela or group director, and in your family and business associations; the discretion to recognize the Divine Selves within them, and to place where it belongs - into the Violet Transmuting Flame - each petty difference of every kind.  

Grace contains within itself Illumined Faith in the Power of God to render service to all life everywhere, knowing that the God who created you and every individualized being using this Earth as a planetary home, certainly wishes for you and yours, and for all humanity the very best. You were created in God’s own image and likeness, endowed with the magnificent Threefold Flame which beats the heart of your Electronic Presence, through which your Holy Christ Self came forth and around which was coalesced the beautiful forms which you wore when you, either as Holy Innocents or as protectors from other planets and star first came to Earth.

Measure Your Own Light 

Remember beloved ones, that each one’s best is not the same. The developed capacities and powers of each lifestream are determined by the star, the planet, the system, the sun to which they belong; by the service that they have rendered at inner levels; and by what they have done with life, embodiment after embodiment, and between embodiments as well. Therefore, measure not your Light against the light of any other individual but measure your Light silently when you are at home in a period of introspection and retrospection.  

Your Light living in the chalice of your heart, your Light, the Holy Christ Flame expanding through you is all that you will be judged by when you leave this earthly sphere. As that Flame expands; as your aura becomes more beautiful, have you left behind a trail of Light for those following after you? For one day, each one unascended shall stand and face their Sponsor; shall face the Karmic Board; shall face their God! You will take nothing with you but the records in your etheric garment, your soul, and the Light that you have expanded from within your heart.  

When you do bring in your ‘sheaves’, beloved ones, you are stripped of the personality; you are ONE in a long line of those who came before you. The knowledge that you have received in this Earth life alone and that which you have done with it is measured very carefully. You now live in an era of using the Law and your God-given discrimination in expanding your Light in whatsoever way and means your life directs. You have in your hands and use already enough substance of the Truth to illumine an entire planet as well as yourselves. Dispensations come and go! Cosmic moments strike and then they are over!

An individual’s Divine Plan is pre-ordained and placed in the accounts of the Spiritual Archives at the time individualization takes place. When the physical body is formed, the Holy Spirit ‘wires’ it just as one would wire a home for electricity. The holy breath is that wire and at the moment of birth the Breath of Life enters the body. Also within this sacred breath resides the Divine Plan of the individual which is re-activated at birth.

Birthdays

A birth day is a new beginning because the cycle of each lifestream completes a circuit every three hundred and sixty five days and the energy of the individual’s world closes the circle of experience on the day preceding one’s birthday.  

On the day which is the anniversary of the embodiment of the Spirit, the Holy Christ Self releases a new pulsation of Light and Life into the four lower bodies and from the Presence there comes an added forward impetus with the hope that the succeeding year will find a greater expression of the individual’s life span. This is why it is usually noticed that in the period just preceding one’s birthday there is a reduction of life energy and vitality and the period immediately following the birthday is usually the most opulent in spiritual unfoldment and inner well-being. 

As the embodiment of a spirit gives new opportunity for such a one to unfold his or her spiritual nature, so in a minor cycle is each birth day a new beginning and a great deal of the accumulation negativity which the individual has drawn about itself is dissolved at this time. It is also the privilege and opportunity of the Ascended Host to give the gifts of their qualities to that lifestream even as unascended beings offer their gifts. 

When an individual becomes a student of the Masters and comes under the direction of the Ascended Host, he or she receives such a cosmic outpouring on their birthday that it becomes the holiest day of the year for that individual for the richness, the opulence, the spiritual illumination and love that is given to you will remain part of your eternal identity for all time. Avail yourselves when this sacred day comes each year. Bathe in the effulgence of God and may this tremendous outpouring flowing into you—body, mind, soul and spirit—assist you in the full and complete union with your Higher Self!

Birthday Invocation

Oh Thou Sacred Oneness, in which we all truly know I AM that I AM, I/we now invoke the great gift of your Light into beloved ____________ , whose yearly cycle is reborn this day. I/We also invoke the Cosmic Fires of Creation to re-establish in her/his vehicles the glorious Light she/he knew with you even before this world was.  

Oh Celestial Holy Spirit, in your name and by your authority I/we now invoke the special gifts (list: of…..) for this dear soul that you gave life to when you dispensed the first breath at the beginning of her/his embodiment. May these gifts constantly flow forth each and every day of this coming year to bless and honor _________ further acknowledging her/his Divine Presence in this universe.

Become aware of the infinite number of stars that shine in the sky, displaying diverse intensities of light and energy…

Within your mind's eye, see the billions of lifestreams who have evolved, living and learning within the many systems of worlds…       

Experience the beauty of the One Universal Consciousness everywhere…

Perhaps some of these lifestreams seem familiar to you, and you are comfortable with their manifestation, while others may be very different…

Look deep within these lifestreams, look deeper into their beings and your own, seeing only the light and the Presence of the Divine…

Be assured, beloved ones, each and every one is of significant importance in the overall plan. Knowing there is immense significance in all life; send forth your love and your gratitude for this magnificence of expression...

Feel these qualities expanding outward in wave after wave of light to every corner of the universe…

Now see and feel the return current of these blessings flowing back to you… amplified by each part of life which you have personally touched…

Truly, this love is almost more than you can bear…    but open your heart fully and continue to receive this radiation… Breathe it in… fully absorbing it deeply into every part of your being… Feel the oneness of all life, for there is no separateness…

Within your mind remember that, through the continuous application of your positive thoughts… and the focusing of your attention upon the divine principles of all life…your understanding and awareness will steadily increase… Use this implement often to create and maintain a conscious link with all life everywhere, remembering to always first recognize the perfection that exists within that life… In this way, you will come to know the absolute truth of oneness. 

Slowly return your concentration to the Earth… It is truly a magnificent jewel in the universe… See the great beauty that exists within its diversity, as you observe the many cultures and activities among the people of the Earth… As you view other lifestreams through eyes of love, bear in mind that you are the guardians and protectors of this planet…         

As you become conscious that there is much to be done to enhance the perfection that surrounds you… confidently offer your service to accomplish this effort...

Within the cup of the one unified consciousness for the Earth, join your energies with all great beings of Light… 

Bring to mind and remember what is expected of you….     

Enlightenment shall one day be received by every human upon the Earth. Become a chalice of light…and through the gift of understanding…   and the use of the sacred violet fire...This will be done!

Grace

Grace enters the soul when the outer self is still. Grace is the spiritual essence which permeates the outer consciousness when the personal ego surrenders the desire to be the actor, the designer, the ruling power in the world of form. It is by cultivating Grace that every individual who has risen to perfection was enabled to comprehend the spiritual laws and apply them to their own victory. It is Grace which enables the chelas to believe in divine existence and ability to speak through the Veil of Maya to enlighten the outer mind.
