Good evening dear chelas I greet you this evening in the soft orange radiance that is traditional of the Buddhic Consciousness. It is so obvious to us who serve with Lord Gautama that he has some very special and prized chelas assisting him in the physical octave of Shamballa. So, when I came into the aura of this holy sanctuary I saw before me your true elemental natures giving off a soft silvery radiance. It was as if I was greeted by a whole number of full moons... so full was the radiance of happiness of each of your elemental beings.

Let us journey now together for a few moments of reverie, to the activities taking place in the inner realms this night here at Shamballa - the Elemental Harvest before the Lord of the World. Open your mind's eye and see before you a glorious realm of great splendor like unto the greatest panorama of Light you have ever visualized. Within the Light there is an endless stream of Elemental Beings of all graded orders. As they proceed toward the central Light around the throne of Lord Gautama, from all directions there are projected Light Rays from majestic beings of the Spiritual Hierarchy and their courts, giving these elementals an exquisite blessing of their own qualified Electronic God Substance.

Let us remember, for a moment, why the elementals come to bring their spiritual harvest to the Lord of the World. When Sanat Kumara first made the great sacrifice of holding this planet in his own embrace of Divine Love, he had to speak to the Elemental Kingdoms themselves and coax them, if you will, to further cooperate in the Divine Plan that had already gone far astray, he breathed into them, at that moment, a great Fire Breath of Love and awoke again in their hearts the remembrance of serving the Light of God, from the Sun itself, through the Great Planetary Logi. Each year, he said, "Return to me, oh Elemental Kingdom, and I will breathe into your tiny beings again the Fire Breath of Love to remind you each, every year (full cycle of the elements), that you are part of the family of God. Sanat Kumara alone had the Power of Love to convince them to maintain their service. And so they have. Each year they come for the Fire Breath of Love from the Lord of the World, now our beloved Gautama. And in return they bring their harvest of perfection through works well done; holding their commitment to the Truth, the lmmaculate concept of this planet.

Continuing now, each of them proceed with their gifts of God Qualities (faith, purity, constancy, etc., developed, or expanded over the past year) toward the throne of Lord Gautama. Seated with him is the mighty, Sanat Kumara, asked by Gautama to join in this ceremony to give the initial remembrance to each of these Elemental Beings. Remember, dear ones, the elementals themselves are like little children - they are in awe of such resplendence. They do not fully understand it, and yet here they are, reveling in the Light of the Great Lord, the Great Breath of Love. Throughout this ceremony, as I have mentioned, magnificent members of the Spiritual Hierarchy are expanding and projecting their own God Qualities to the 'guests of honor' this night. We have Serapis Bey joined by beloved Micah, Archangel of Unity, and a tremendous court of Holy Christ Selves from the Fourth Sphere, who are beaming into the Elemental Kingdom the feeling of Unity between humankind (the truth of which is represented by the Holy Christ Selves of the entire race) and the Elemental Kingdom. Great is that blessing and resplendent is mighty Serapis and beloved Micah in representing the Holy Christ Selves of the race. As well, we have the mighty Surya and LaMorae who have brought with them the mighty Devarajahs of Harmony and Peace, breathing those Forces of Light into the Elementals. Also within this Starburst of Light is the Maha Chohan and our beloved Mother Mary projecting into each elemental the heartfelt Comfort of the magnificent Holy Spirit. With the Directors of the Elements are the seven magnificent Elohim with their Divine Complements and various members of each of the Seven Rays, projecting their Divine qualities into the beautiful elemental beings, countless in their numbers as they remain engrossed in a deep hush of reverence during this magnificent ceremony.

Now dear ones, I ask you to feel the elements (the elementals, earth, air, fire and water) within your own four lower vehicles leave you, the Christ Presence, and begin their sojourn in this Procession of Light here at Shamballa. Feel the blessings that are poured into your elemental beings as they radiate their God gifts, the perfection and service to God channeled through your vehicles this past year. Feel the blessings of all the gathered beings of the Spiritual Hierarchy and their mighty courts as their Flames and Rays pass through the tiny bodies of these elementals. Slowly they approach the throne of the Lord of the World and of mighty Sanat Kumara. The Elementals, in company with their sponsors blaze their Light for review before the Lord of the World and through them is swept a mighty Breath of Powerful Love from Sanat Kumara and Lord Gautama. The moment is frozen, with the Elementals enraptured by a deep remembrance of ONENESS with God. In the next instant they move on, but maintain this feeling in their ever evolving bodies of light, recommitting themselves to vows of greater service to you. Slowly and rhythmically, your Elemental Beings return now to their overseer, the Body Elemental and the Christ Self. Accept them back with gratitude for their feeling of Restoration. Feel yourself again as a Great Ovoid of soft light, the silvery radiance of a full moon. Your elementals have returned and they have a tremendous feeling now, of belonging to the Body of God. That is all that any elemental being will ever strive for―to fulfill its perfection and belong once again to the Eternal Oneness of the Body of God. No longer are they lost in the consciousness of separateness of the human condition.

This night I wish to leave you with an impression of what it is like to mother the Elemental Kingdom, for that is my Divine privilege, particularly with the water element and the emotional vehicles of all humankind, but as well all elementals, for they all share the innocence and the gentleness of a childlike consciousness. Feel for a moment that you have been given the 'motherhood' of the elementals that make up your four lower vehicles, that you have been given 'charge of the family'. This family of God beings has left the Oneness of God only so you may have individualization on this planet! Now I realize the masters have taught you to feel the identity of a Christ Self, a mighty Being of Light. Yet even the word 'vehicle' made up of the elementals, connotes some measure of separateness (you and your vehicles) and there should be none. You and the elemental substance that makes up your vehicle at this moment are one and the same Light! The elementals only strive to feel at one with your God Being and the more they feel at one with your God Being, the more they outpicture the perfection which your vehicles should express at this time of your evolution.

Think for a moment upon this... when the master Jesus wore bodies as you wear bodies, his healing power manifested by going to the sick, speaking with Holy Breath to the diseased part and drawing those elementals into the family of God Beings that made up his vehicles, until the elemental substance in that body of another felt, again, at home with God. Instantly they would outpicture the perfection (of that organ or limb) which they had ordained to outpicture. And it would seem like unto a miracle that there was an instantaneous healing! Then Jesus would bid those elementals return to the body that they currently serve and he would counsel the person involved "Go forth in Faith" and use only Holy Breath, the Oneness of your own God Being and those elemental beings will forever fulfill their Divine Plan for your vehicles!

For a few moments, as we sojourn together with the family of your elemental beings, feel like unto a Silent Watcher of the Elements that make up your vehicles. Contemplate this. A Silent Watcher over this small part of the overall family of God. Continually assist your elementals to feel at one with the Body of God. And I state very assuredly from within my own light bodies, that if your elemental beings feel at one with the Body of God through your Christus, your God Presence, they too will outpicture the original Divinity of your own four lower vehicles of expression.

I leave you now dear ones in the radiance of my own gift to life which is the peace and power of the perfected water element and again I assure you that I look upon your emotional selves and at this moment I see the Light of a full moon shining on a stilled body of water. The Peace and Power of Holy Spirit be unto each of you...
